From Huddersfield ring road, take the A62 Leeds Road out past Bradley, then the A644 towards Dewsbury and follow signs into Batley. If Brighouse is handier, head down the A641 Bradford Road - JB Storage Solutions is on Calder Street, two minutes from Brighouse centre.

Which side of Huddersfield are you on?
North and east Huddersfield is where we make sense. From Bradley and Deighton it's the A62 or a hop on the M62 at junction 25 - fifteen minutes or so to Batley. Fixby and Cowcliffe run similar. From Mirfield and Ravensthorpe on the eastern edge, Liversedge may be the closer yard.
If you're south of the ring road, be realistic about the traffic. Our sister site JB Storage at Brighouse is often the better answer from the Ainley Top side, at around fifteen minutes down the A641.

Is Batley really the closest option from Huddersfield?
It depends which side of town you're on. From the north and east - Bradley, Fixby, Deighton - Batley is a straightforward run up the A62 or M62. From the south of Huddersfield you may well be closer to something in town, and we'd rather say so than take a booking you'll regret.
Can I get in at night or on a Sunday?
Yes. The gate opens from your phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, bank holidays included. No slot to book and nobody to meet. The office is staffed Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and weekends 10am - 6pm.
What deposit do you take, and do I get it back?
£150 on a 20ft container and £75 on an 8ft, taken with your first payment. It comes back in full when you leave, provided the unit is emptied and left as you found it. It isn't rent in advance and it isn't an admin fee.
How much notice do I have to give to leave?
Fourteen days, running from the day we receive it rather than to the end of the month. Rent runs by the calendar month, so if you know you're going it pays to tell us at least 14 days before the month ends.
Do I need a padlock, or insurance?
We supply a good padlock with every unit, so there's nothing to buy on the way. Contents insurance is down to you - many home policies extend to goods in storage, but ring your insurer rather than assume.
