Why don't you list prices on the website?

Every quote is personal - your email includes the exact monthly price for your chosen container, your refundable deposit and everything included, so there are no surprises.

Am I tied into a long-term contract?

Only if you want to be. Storage is rolling and monthly with a one-month minimum, so you can stay for a single month or for years, and it's just 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave. Prefer to commit? Pay 6 or 12 months upfront and save up to 10%.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes - your deposit is refunded in full when you leave, provided your unit is left as it was found.

Do I need to buy a padlock?

No. We provide a high-quality padlock with every unit.

How quickly can I move in?

Often the same day - and in some cases you can move in instantly. Once your first invoice is paid you'll get your padlock and mobile phone entry access, and you can head straight to your unit.
