The new yard sits in Stourton, at the heart of South Leeds' industrial and logistics belt, with the M1 (junctions 44 and 45) and the M621 right on the doorstep.

That puts secure storage within an easy run of Leeds city centre, Hunslet, Holbeck, Beeston and Belle Isle - and, to the south, Middleton, Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford. Coming off the motorway from Garforth, Morley, Robin Hood or Carlton, it's just as quick - and Tingley and Wakefield are one junction round the M62/M621.
