You’re only tied in if you want to be. There’s a one-month minimum, then it’s rolling monthly - just give 14 days’ notice when you’re ready to leave, and your deposit is refunded when you go. If you’d rather commit for longer, paying 6 or 12 months upfront saves you up to 10%.

Yes - you access the yard 24/7 using our mobile phone gate entry system, so you never need to wait for staff. Just dial from your mobile and the gates open.

Every site has 24/7 motion-sensing CCTV, electric or secured gates and mobile-phone-controlled entry. Every unit is secured with a high-quality padlock that we supply - for site security, only MB Storage padlocks are used.

No - we provide a high-quality padlock with every unit, so your unit is secured from day one at no extra cost. For consistent site security, only MB Storage padlocks are used, so there’s no need to buy your own.

Household items, business stock, tools and equipment, vehicles where permitted, and more. Prohibited items are the usual ones - no perishable, hazardous, flammable or illegal goods. If you’re not sure whether something is suitable, just ask and we’ll be happy to advise.
